Over the next several months, you will start to see our new brand name and logo on your policy documents, on other communications as we make the transition to our new brand, and in public. Our customers can rest assured that they will continue to experience the same level of service and protection, from the same staff of dedicated service and claims professionals that they've come to expect.

What customers can expect:

• Your insurance ID card remains valid
• There will be no changes to your policy coverages
• If you have a relationship with an agent or financial professional, this will stay the same
• Your ability to manage your account online will continue
• Contact phone numbers will stay the same
• For a period of time, you may receive materials with the High Point, Palisades or Teachers' Insurance logo and name
• Future policy documents, including your insurance ID cards, will continue to show the High Point, Palisades or Teachers' Insurance underwriting company, as they do today.
